Nispand reflects the progressive vision of the 105-year-old 'The Yoga Institute,' based in Mumbai, India. Drawing from the ancient science of Yoga, The Yoga Institute aims to promote a healthy, ailment-free, wellness-based lifestyle that harmonises the body, mind, and emotions. The Yoga Institute’s initiatives and programmes address a wide spectrum of human and societal health, including physical fitness, mental clarity, emotional resilience, stress management, lifestyle disorders, and spiritual well-being. Additionally, its outreach programs focus on family wellness, community building, and ethical living, ensuring a holistic approach to improving overall well-being. As a result of its impactful work, the Institute was honoured with the Prime Minister’s Award in 2018-19.
